Margie Arcangelo, Managing Director

Margie is a Managing Director in Crown’s Ft. Myers, FL office, having opened the office in 2012. Margie joined Crown in 1996 as its first employee.

Margie performs senior level searches for some of the most respected and recognized names in the industry. She focuses on real estate investment, development, operations, and finance. Margie recognizes the importance of her client’s culture and finds the candidate with the right background, strengths and experience. Margie is particularly adept at new platform initiatives as demonstrated by recently placing a CEO and a Chief Development Officer for a mountain resort community in the Western US. Margie also has tremendous experience in multifamily and financial services, placing over a dozen multifamily executives over the last few years as well as a President for a growing capital company.

Margie is a graduate of West Virginia University, earning dual degrees in Business Administration and Speech Communication. She is an active member of the Urban Land Institute, National Multifamily Housing Council, Mortgage Bankers Association, and the ICSC.

Margie resides in Fort Myers, FL with her husband of 34 years.
