Natasha Brill, Managing Director

Natasha joined Crown Advisors in 2003, bringing her experience as an account manager for an international finance recruiting firm.  She has opened offices for Crown in Washington, D.C., Boston, and Miami.

Natasha conducts senior level search assignments for many real estate private equity and investment firms, owner/developers, financial services providers and real estate advisory firms. She has successfully completed search assignments in most major markets throughout the United States and Canada.

She has placed candidates in a wide range of executive level positions including:

• Chief Operating Officers
• Chief Financial Officers
• Presidents
• Chief Development Officers
• Regional Directors of Development
• Senior Vice Presidents and Vice Presidents in development, acquisitions, asset management, property management and finance

Natasha is a member of several real estate industry organizations including the Urban Land Institute (ULI), the National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC) and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).  She graduated from Point Park University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Natasha has been a full-time resident of South Florida since 2012.  She currently resides in Fort Lauderdale with her family.
