Jen Sheldon, Director

Jen recently joined Crown Advisors, bringing a wealth of expertise in recruitment. Over the past decade, she served as Vice President of Recruitment at a boutique retained search firm specializing in the hospitality industry. In this role, she partnered with senior executives from major global hospitality companies, both public and private, to build high-performing teams. Her experience spans various functional areas, including revenue management, operations, finance, food and beverage, sales and marketing, asset management, and human resources, covering positions from the C-suite to the property level.  Jen’s expertise lies in taking a consultative approach, understanding client needs, sourcing top-tier candidates, and managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish.

Jen takes pride in her ability to cultivate strong, enduring relationships with both clients and candidates. By working closely with each party and managing expectations, she ensures a seamless recruitment experience. This approach has resulted in a high success rate in placements and has earned her a reputation for delivering outstanding results.

Jen graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University and earned a master’s degree in finance from Adelphi University.
