Kimball joined Crown Advisors in 2008 and was promoted to partner in 2012. She leads Crown’s Washington, DC and Charleston, SC offices and works on assignments nationally. Her previous experience directly in the commercial real business has proven invaluable in completing senior level search assignments for her high-profile real estate clients.

Kimball’s clients include the country’s premier commercial real estate companies.  She and her team represent developers, owners, operators, and investment firms across the country ranging from small boutique shops to the largest multinational corporations in the industry. Kimball is a graduate of the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill and holds real estate licenses in North Carolina and Washington, DC. She is an active member of the Urban Land Institute, Pension Real Estate Association, National Multifamily Housing Council and on the President’s Council of the Real Estate Roundtable.
