Our client is a large southeastern master planned community development firm. They have historically focused on traditional residential developments, but more and more of their projects have commercial and mixed use components. They are actively developing two sizeable master planned communities, and they are kicking off a 300 acre mixed-use, urban brownfield, riverfront re-development project.
The Marketing Director will manage and assume responsibility for all marketing and community relations efforts for the Developments. Develop and coordinate all marketing efforts for multiple projects. Understands the business and is responsible for the development and execution of a marketing strategy and plan.
